The Springless Valve System frees up the energy commonly used by a valve spring and uses this same energy to increase performance, mileage, and decrease emissions. This also gives the added benefit of longer lasting valvetrains.

Extensive testing over several generations showed that whether the system was used with a grooved clamshell holding a ball at the end of the valve or a semi-round lobe, or full round lobe, the system showed a gained improvement in horsepower, torque, and reduced emissions.

The Springless Valve System works with all engines, including diesel, gasoline, and alternative fuel. The technology can either be used for new OEM applications or may be designed to retrofit older engines.
