Technicians can also service more cars with new 2012 domestic and Asian coverage for GM, Infiniti, Lexus, Mazda, Nissan, Scion, Subaru, Suzuki and Toyota, plus optional coverage for nine European makes with the exciting addition of Jaguar 2000-2011! This new software upgrade is available to all VERUS®, VERDICT™, SOLUS™ Series platforms as well as MODIS™, ETHOS® and Vantage PRO™ owners, too.

With the latest software upgrade, technicians get access to over 41,200 new codes, tests, tips and data for 1992-2012 model years, with the most extensive coverage outside the factory tool, including (but not limited to):

  • 2009 and newer Ford Cylinder Contribution Test
  • GM HVAC Actuator and Door Recalibrations
  • Hyundai and Kia Power Intelligent Control System
  • Honda Civic and Acura Hybrid Brake
  • Suzuki TPMS Systems
  • Ford Transit Connect Steering Angle Reset

Software Bundle 12.4’s exclusive Fast-Track® Troubleshooter coverage goes all the way back to 1980 with 17,600 new Tips and Timesavers, including Troubleshooter procedures that verify a repair is completed and fixed properly and the impressive new Global OBD-II troubleshooting capability that leverages the powerful information found in its 10 modes.

Customers who use scope-enabled devices get another Snap-on exclusive: Component Test Meter Tips -- over 3,900 added to Bundle 12.4 to help technicians speed through tough repairs.

The optional European coverage available for Software Bundle 12.4 helps technicians to take on jobs from general repair to driveability, body control and suspension issues for Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Smart Car, Volkswagen and Volvo.
