Joey Logano won his first ever Daytona 500 in the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion on Feb. 22, or 2.22 if using shorthand. To help mark the occasion, Pennzoil is donating $22,222 to the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA).
To up the ante just a touch, Pennzoil is putting some additional money on the table. If Logano can win the race in Las Vegas in two weeks, Pennzoil will add another “2” to that number with an additional donation of $222,222 for the PVA.
The PVA is an organization whose mission is to positively change the lives of our nation’s veterans with disabilities and is a cause that Logano, Team Penske and Pennzoil all have been fortunate enough to support since 2012 through donations of retro-fitted vehicles for injured veterans.
