Andy Kovesdi of Garfield Auto Center in Garfield Heights, Ohio, is the grand prize winner in the Mitchell 1 “Shift Into High Gear” Facebook sweepstakes. Kovesdi has won an all-expense paid trip to attend the upcoming Mitchell 1 Shop Management “Super Workshop” in San Diego, Calif., July 17-19.

We are very pleased with the response we received,” said Nick DiVerde, senior marketing director for Mitchell 1. “We congratulate Andy Kovesdi as the lucky grand prize winner and look forward to seeing him at our ‘Super Workshop’ in San Diego.”
As the sweepstakes winner, Kovesdi will receive round-trip airfare for two to San Diego and three nights at the Hotel Solamar, workshop tuition for two people, plus breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day. Workshop attendees will be welcomed at an evening cocktail reception on Thursday, July 17 and training will run all day on Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19.
The training is designed for Mitchell 1 shop management software users who would like to learn more advanced capabilities, better methods and shortcuts with the Mitchell 1 Manager and ManagerPlus systems.
The “Super Workshop” will include break-out sessions on Saturday afternoon, July 19 that will provide in-depth detail into topics often requested by workshop attendees. Sessions will include reporting insights, maximizing technician efficiency with ProDemand™ and connecting with customers through SocialCRM.
A practice lab equipped with computers and staffed by product specialists will be available throughout the workshop so attendees can practice and apply the skills they are learning. The products and services expo will be held during the evening reception on Friday, July 18, following the workshop training.
