The new Toyota Active Recall feature helps ensure these owners are notified of Safety Recall actions that have not been performed on their vehicles.
When customers driving Toyota, Scion or Lexus models with unperformed recalls arrive at an independent auto repair shop that uses Mitchell 1’s Manager SE shop management system, the service writer is automatically notified if there are unperformed recalls to be done on the vehicle. The service writer can then display and print the recall information so the vehicle owner can be advised and take appropriate action.
