The Automotive Service Association (ASA)-PA has announced Capital Direct, a credit card processing company, as a new benefit provider for its members.

Keith Heilveil, chairperson of ASA-PA, said every member of ASA-PA will receive Capital Direct’s premier rate of 10 cents per interchange. This will put members’ overall processing between 1.6 percent and 1.9 percent. “We’re excited to bring this important new benefit to our members,” said Heilveil. “It should save money for members.”

Kelly Cusate of Capital Direct, said: “When you partner with Capital Direct, you receive high levels of service and security from a credit card processing company that knows the payment industry.

“If an ASA-PA member already has a credit card processor, Capital Direct will buy out the contract.

“We will give you a free, state-of-the-art terminal for each shop. Our Premier Package includes equipment placement fees, monthly account maintenance, and terminal replacement if it breaks.

“You will receive free 24-hour funding through our Capital Direct Premier Package. I’ll do the installation and I will come out and train you and every one of your employees on the new terminal.”

To take advantage of Capital Direct’s offer, ASA-PA members should contact  Kelly Cusate at 215-631-2871 or [email protected].
