Training, education are keys to prevent auto parts returns

Learning about auto parts and repair lessens the amount of auto parts returns throughout the supply chain.

Tschanen Brandyberry, special projects editor for the Automotive Group of UBM Americas, wrote a blog, “Education and experience: the combatants of returns.”

Nobody in the automotive aftermarket supply chain – distributors, repair shops or manufacturers – wants to have to deal with returned merchandise. One of the keys to avoid auto parts returns is appropriate training throughout the supply chain, from manufacturers to technicians at auto repair shops
