Special guest James Meyer, Senior Collision Training Administrator with Toyota Motor North America will share how to get easy access to Toyota collision repair OE resources. These resources are vast, available to every collision repair professional across the US, and will help align your repair decisions with OE standards.
3-4 p.m. BMW BMW Advanced Technology Kenny Tran, Body & Paint Technical Business Specialist with BMW of North America, will cover BMW technology, carbon fiber, tips and tricks and proper repair processes.

12:30-1:30 p.m. GM What's New for General Motors Collision Repair Led by Bob Hartman, Advanced Serviceability of Design Team Leader, Body Structure Service Engineering, and Jason Macco, Manager, Body/Exterior Aftersales Engineering, General Motors - Customer Care & Aftersales, the course will increase your knowledge of the use of ultra high strength steels and structural adhesives and how vehicles must be repaired differently than in the past. Technicians will see more procedures that include detailed shaded graphics and joining methods of resistance spot welding, MIG/MAG plug welding, MIG brazing and bonding.
1:45-2:45 p.m. Toyota Spanish — Toyota OE Resources Special guest Agustin Diaz, Collision Training Administrator with Toyota Motor North America will share how to get easy access to Toyota collision repair OE resources. These resources are vast, available to every collision repair professional across the US, and will help align your repair decisions with OE standards.
3-4 p.m. BMW BMW Advanced Technology Kenny Tran, Body & Paint Technical Business Specialist with BMW of North America, will cover BMW technology, carbon fiber, tips and tricks and proper repair processes.
4:15-5:15 p.m. Chrysler Advanced High-Strength and Lightweight technology in the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Dan Black, Global Service Support Lead for Body/Chassis/Paint with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will provide an overview of the minivans history will be provided as well as the evolution of vehicle substrates and the increased usage of lightweight technologies. Collison repair strategies will also be discussed
