Edelbrock is very familiar with SX Performance's products, as they have been manufacturing all Edelbrock electric Quiet-Flo fuel pumps, in-line fuel pumps and regulators since 2003. This acquisition will reduce production lead times, allow Edelbrock to become more price competitive and raise the quality to even higher standards in the fuel delivery and component marketplace.

The acquisition includes all manufacturing equipment, raw materials, current and future product designs as well as any existing inventory.
