Uni-Select announced that its subsidiary Uni-Select USA Inc. has completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of DB Rick’s Inc.
DB Rick’s is a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products that operates one store in Rochester, N.Y., and caters mostly to professional repair service centers. This acquisition will complement and strengthen Uni- Select’s activities in the Northeast, the company said.
