Tenneco announced an expansion of its Monroe® ride control product line, with more than 307 new parts, including 45 replacement strut assemblies that together cover over 15.3 million additional passenger vehicles.

The company now offers strut assemblies – including premium Monroe Quick-Strut® assemblies – for approximately 113 million North American passenger vehicles.

The coverage expansion includes additions to each of the following Monroe ride control product offerings: premium OESpectrum® struts; Quick-Strut assemblies; Econo-Matic® strut assemblies; Monro-Matic Plus® struts; OESpectrum electronic dampers; Max-Lift® gas-charged lift supports; Gas-Magnum® Severe Service shocks and struts; Gas-Magnum truck and cab shocks; and Gas-Magnum 65 heavy-duty truck shocks, among others.

The latest additions to the Monroe Quick-Strut line include premium strut assemblies for such popular applications as the 2007-2012 Nissan Sentra; 2007-2010 Jeep Compass and Patriot; 2007-2013 Nissan Altima; 2001-2002 Acura MDX; 2003-2005 Honda Pilot; 2008-2014 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Caravan; 2003-2007 Nissan Murano; 2006-2011 Hyundai Azera; 2006-2010 Hyundai Sonata; 2006-2011 Ford Focus; 2007-2009 Lincoln MKZ; and 2002-2007 Saturn Vue. Tenneco plans to again expand its coverage leadership in September with the introduction of several additional Quick-Strut part numbers.

“Our continuing investment in market-leading coverage is just one of several important advantages that come with choosing Monroe Quick-Strut assemblies,” said John Perrin, director of marketing and engineering, North America Aftermarket. “Every Monroe Quick-Strut unit is engineered and manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment ride and handling standards for the corresponding application. Additionally, each assembly is equipped with a premium-quality coil spring featuring U.S.-manufactured steel. These important quality investments are the only way to protect repair businesses and consumers from unwanted performance and reliability issues – and they’re why every Monroe Quick-Strut assembly comes with our limited lifetime warranty.”
