Sheehy Auto Stores clocks 656,006 collective steps on National Walking Day

As part of the American Heart Association’s National Walking Day on April 3, Sheehy Auto Stores dealerships in Washington, DC, Baltimore, M.D. and Richmond, VA, collectively clocked 656,006 steps in 12 hours as part of the company’s corporate challenge.

Each of the 22 dealerships, as well as Sheehy’s corporate office, received three pedometers that were passed among the employees throughout the day as steps were tracked.  Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg recorded the most that day with 109,676 steps, and was the recipient of a “hearty” gift basket filled with healthy goodies for the team to share.
