Integrated Supply Network names new chief financial officer

Integrated Supply Network (ISN), the nation’s largest warehouse distributor of automotive tools, garage equipment and supplies, announced Tracy Veillette has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2017.

Integrated Supply Network (ISN), the nation’s largest warehouse distributor of automotive tools, garage equipment and supplies, announced Tracy Veillette has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2017.  Veillette will assume responsibility for corporate finance, accounting, audit, tax, treasury and legal for the enterprise.

“Tracy brings deep financial experience, strategic vision and proven leadership from her past experience with growing companies.  We are pleased to have her assume the CFO role,” said Bruce Weber, CEO, ISN.  “Tracy’s strategic financial management mindset will continue to support ISN’s strong growth trajectory.”

Veillette joins ISN from Tech Data Corporation, a $35-billion dollar wholesale distributor with a track record of rapid growth, global expansion, team building and innovation, where she held the position of Vice President, U.S. Controller.  During her nearly 20 years at Tech Data, Veillette grew into a top level financial executive and was personally involved in many of the growth and improvement projects that drove them to become a leader in technology products, services and solutions. 

Prior to Tech Data, Veillette spent nearly eight years at Price Waterhouse, a global public accounting firm.  Veillette holds Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active board member for several professional and philanthropic organizations in the Tampa Bay area.

ISN has made eight acquisitions and opened three new distribution centers during the last three years expanding the footprint in North America to 24 total distribution centers, and has had  double-digit growth every year for the last decade, the company said.  Top priorities for the business include new product speed to market, managing the growing long tail of tools and equipment offered by more than 1,000 tool and equipment suppliers and providing complex supply chain solutions.
