DENSO is the first recipient of the honor, which APA added this year to its annual vendor awards. The buying group, which represents more than $1 billion in purchasing power, made the announcement March 19 during its 34th Annual Conference in Los Angeles.

“Through the sales efforts of DENSO and the amazing support of our members, the APA group was able to achieve our goal and show the membership what can be done when we all pull in one direction,” said APA Vice President Bill Cook.

“APA members are valued customers and we are deeply honored to be the first recipient of this new award,” said Frank Cisek, senior manager of Aftermarket Sales. “It pays tribute to the entire DPAM team and our commitment to quality products and customer service.”
