The Automotive Distribution Network continues to expand nationwide with the signing of two new Auto Pride members: Zip Corvette of Mechanicsville, Va., and New Jersey-based PDQ Auto Supply of Manville.

“These two new members are a perfect fit for the group under the Auto Pride brand as the Network continues to grow throughout the Mid-Atlantic region,” said Mike Lambert, president of the Network. “I’m confident Zip Corvette and PDQ Auto Supply will benefit from the Network’s purchasing power and IT initiatives to strengthen their businesses.”

These latest Auto Pride signings reflect the Network’s commitment to signing the right businesses for the brand, according to Cora Roark, director of Auto Pride.

“Zip and PDQ have each carved their niche with their unique brand of customer service and products,” Roark said. “At Auto Pride, the niche parts distributor remains just as valuable to us as the full-line warehouse.”

Open since 1977, Zip focuses on Corvette parts, shipping orders worldwide via their in- house, custom-created online store and catalog.

“This allows Zip to be the most knowledgeable catalog company selling Corvette performance and restoration parts,” said Brian Pearson, director of purchasing. “Joining Auto Pride allows access to great product lines that can only enhance a Corvette owner's replacement needs.”

Auto Pride membership will help ensure PDQ Auto Supply can continue to provide the right part when their customers need it, said Al Pankowski, PDQ’s president and CEO.

“This is a time of great unease with parts suppliers in our industry,” he said. “With Auto Pride’s support and availability of parts, we can continue to add product lines to help us remain competitive in the marketplace well into the future as we grow our business and serve our customers.”

Operating under the brands of Parts Plus, Parts Plus Mexico, IAPA and Auto Pride, the Automotive Distribution Network is one of the largest, most diverse program groups in the industry.
