Sthenos Alliance, a business network of spare parts manufacturers from Italy, has originated a group of producers to carry out commercial strategies to bring positive synergies to customers.

In nearly six months Sthenos Alliance, a business network of spare parts manufacturers from Italy, has originated a group of producers to carry out commercial strategies that aims to bring positive synergies to customers.

Italian manufacturers that are members of the alliance include Etecno 1 srl based in Sala Baganza (Parma), Frap spa from Bruino (Torino), Ghibaudi Mario of Alpignano (Torino), and E.CO srl from Orbassano (Torino), which recently joined the alliance. Two more companies are waiting for approval to join the alliance.

“We started on the right foot, planning the assignment of bonus to the customers that will distribute the products of the Sthenos Alliance partners, says Pierenrico Gottero, sales manager of Etecno 1 and president of Sthenos Alliance. “The incentive program is focused to reward the loyalty to the alliance. Another opportunity is the possibility for the partners to use the existing French and Spanish logistics platforms of Ghibaudi.”

A purchase synergy including packaging, stationery and logistics has been set up.

Different products are being valued avoiding competition among the partners and aiming to increase their market share and to create new jobs.

There are three goals:

• To increase the penetration capacity of the partners into the domestic and international markets thanks to commons strategies.

• To facilitate the entrance of other members of the Alliance into the distribution network of the single companies.

• To improve the logistic services.

All this thanks to the human and economic resources and shared information on the products distributed by the members such as glow plugs, starting motors, steering and suspension components.
