Automotive Parts Associates (APA) elected its Board of Directors during the company’s 36th annual conference at the Peppermill Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada, on March 16.
“Our board has been very supportive of our expansion of services in the past couple of years. This latest slate of board members represents a great mix of talents needed to help guide our priorities and strategy,” said Gary Martin, President & CEO of APA.
Elected Chair of the Board of Directors is Mike Maloof, Owner, World Auto Parts and serving as Vice Chair is Rob Jacobs, President of Automotive Warehouse Co.
Jim Holmquist, Owner of H & H Wholesale Parts will serve as Secretary. Doug Squires, Chairman of the Board of Bestbuy Distributors Ltd will continue to serve as Treasurer.
Ben Yelowitz, CFO and Treasurer of POJA Warehouse, becomes Immediate Past Chairman.
Re-elected to three-year terms are Jeff Levine, Levine Auto & Truck Parts; Randall Swedlove, Morris Automotive Supply; and Mike Maloof, World Auto Parts. Joseph Koudsi, IMS, will continue to serve the second year of his three-year term.
