OptiCat announces the departure of Bart Noyes, vice president of sales and marketing, who will join GCommerce as Vice President of Product Management effective April 23, 2014.

OptiCat Chief Executive Officer Charley Johnson said, "The entire OptiCat Team wishes Bart well on his new position at GCommerce. He has been an important contributor to developing a new, customer-driven direction for OptiCat, and his accomplishments have helped form a foundation for the future."

Noyes said, "OptiCat has developed products and capabilities that place it at the forefront of creative customer data support, and I have enjoyed my time with the company. I will continue to be a great supporter of OptiCat, its mission and its excellent products and services. This new opportunity will place me closer to my family in the Midwest and position me to contribute in areas of interest like ERP and process management."

Bryan Thueson, Chief Operating Officer of OptiCat, said, "Bart has been a great asset to OptiCat this past year, and we will miss him and his leadership but are happy that he will be located closer to his family."

Given the growth and accomplishment demonstrated by continued on-time delivery of new programs at OptiCat, Thueson and Brandi Naylor will assume Noyes’ duties on his departure, and additional resources will be added to support the company's growth.
