He added: "In addition, Automotive Technicians of Malaysia Society (ATOMS) and Persatuan Pengusaha Industri Bengkel Malaysia (PPIBM) have also confirmed their involvement in Automechanika Malaysia. It is encouraging to see that two of Malaysia's important industry associations also support us. I believe our joint effort will definitely make a better trade fair for the automotive industry in the country."

Mr Madani Sahari, Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) commented: "MAI is proud to be part of Automechanika Malaysia especially as this year's show is launching the new 'Go Green' showcase. We will host seminars themed 'Green: Prospects and Future Potentials for Automotive Industry', where topics relating to green policies, market developments, opportunities and incentives available for the automotive industry will be discussed. Today, 'green' technology for the automotive industry is no longer just possible but inevitable. Together with Automechanika Malaysia, we are bringing 'green' technology right to the doorstep of the local automotive industry."

Mr Cho CheeSeng, Secretary-General, Automotive Technicians of Malaysia Society (ATOMS) said: "Technology is ever advancing and continues to challenge and enable the automotive aftersales industry to create and deliver new products and services to the evolving vehicle industry. And Automechanika Malaysia is an interesting platform with international and regional flavor at our doorstep for our technicians to look, see and feel such technological changes that are impacting our everyday lives and businesses."

"PPIBM is very supportive of Automechanika Malaysia because it is an important platform for our members to learn new products, services and technologies available in the market. We encourage our members to come and find business opportunities and update with the latest industry information at the educational seminars during the show."
