From new technologies to a wider range of products, GE Lighting highlighted its full line of automotive lighting solutions – including headlights, taillights and interior lights – at the 2014 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) show Nov. 4-6 in Las Vegas.

GE has expanded its NIGHTHAWK family of products to include new NIGHTHAWK LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL).

Designed to update the look of vehicles, the energy-efficient DRLs have a 6-watt power consumption and feature an automatic on/off switch. The two-lamp system is water, dust and vibration resistant.

“Our fully adjustable GE NIGHTHAWK LED Daytime Running Lights provide a powerful white light,” explains Rob Gill, North American automotive sales manager with GE Lighting. “The DOT-compliant lights fit most vehicles on the road and come with all the necessary components for easy installation.”

In addition to DRLs, GE offers a full line of headlights, including GE NIGHTHAWK PLATINUM, GE NIGHTHAWK™ SPORT and GE NIGHTHAWK XENON. To learn more about the GE NIGHTHAWK XENON headlamps, watch GE's latest product video

GE now carries an expanded line of High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps, which deliver better visibility and illumination than standard halogen headlamps. The expanded line, which now includes D3 and D4, fits a variety of domestic and import vehicles, from Chevrolet and Ford to Volkswagen and Porsche.

The new, comprehensive GE Auto Bulb Finder App helps customers with a regional search function. Available for download by Apple® iPhone and Android™ users, customers simply enter their car info and select the product needed, to be presented with a number of replacement lamp solutions.
