MINNEAPOLIS —Don Crouse, vice president of ABRA-Tennessee, was elected to chair the Memphis I-CAR Committee. Crouse joined ABRA in May 2004 with more than 20 years of experience in the collision industry.
“I’m looking forward to chairing Memphis’ I-CAR committee”, says Crouse, “and want to focus as much as I can on industry training. I feel one of the biggest challenges we have before us is rebuilding our technical base that has been steadily eroding over the years. We need to concentrate on this area of staffing for our industry to be successful in the future.”
Crouse, his wife Monna, and three children live in Arlington, Tenn.
The vision of I-CAR is that every person in the collision industry, current and future, has the necessary knowledge and skills relevant to their position to achieve a complete and safe repair.
