Carubba golf event raises $17,050 for food bank, K-9 unit

The monies are from the proceeds of the inaugural Carubba Collision Golf Classic Tournament, held in August.  
On Nov. 22, Carubba Collision Corp. President Joe Carubba presented two checks totaling $17,050 to the Food Bank of Western New York and to the Niagara County Sheriff's K-9 Unit at the Food Bank's Buffalo office.
The monies are from the proceeds of the inaugural Carubba Collision Golf Classic Tournament, held in August.
“Thanks to the tremendous support we received from our sponsors and participants of our very first golf tournament this year, we were thrilled to present these checks to two outstanding organizations in our community,” Carubba says.
