Painters Supply & Equipment Co. announced it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Northern Indiana Paint Supply, Inc.
This acquisition increases Painters Supply & Equipment’s footprint in the Northern and Central Indiana market. Founded in 1982, Northern Indiana Paint Supply is a family-owned PPG Platinum Distributor that operates three Indiana stores in Fort Wayne, Osceola, and Warsaw.

Founded in 1952 and headquartered in Taylor, Mich., PSE has grown to 25 branch locations across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. PSE serves more than 4,000 customers, including collision repair shops, auto dealerships, fleet operators and various other commercial and industrial accounts. PSE is a PPG Platinum Distributor and maintains strong market share across its footprint.
