Painters Supply & Equipment Co. announced the acquisition of certain assets of Dick’s Auto Supply.
Dick’s was founded in 1968 and is a PPG Platinum Distributor. The acquisition adds a location in Findlay, Ohio and strengthens PSE’s market presence in northwest Ohio. The acquisition was completed in late December.

Founded in 1952 and headquartered in Taylor, MI, PSE has grown to 22 branch locations across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. PSE serves more than 4,000 customers, including collision repair shops, auto dealerships, fleet operators, and various other commercial and industrial accounts. PSE is a PPG Platinum Distributor and maintains strong market share across its footprint.
