Working with shop owners to boost value

It’s been a busy start to 2018 for me. I’ve been all over North America, doing what I love – working directly with business owners to increase the value of their business. It has been an extraordinary few weeks. This is what I’m excited about right now.

Mastermind Groups
Earlier in January, I was in Miami for an annual planning session for one of my Mastermind groups. We spent a day and a half setting goals, overcoming road blocks, studying financials and most importantly, having a great time. I’m a huge fan of the power of Mastermind groups. Direct investments
Then I was in Toronto hosting a panel on private equity and professional investment in the collision repair and automotive aftermarket. I had a chance to sit down in front of 900+ individuals at CCIF and interview a panel made up of some of the finest minds I know in the industry. We talked about investment, the role of professional investment in the industry, and what we believed the future may hold.
