The reputation management system is designed to help shops monitor, manage and respond to posts, comments, and reviews made about their company, employees and their competition on more than 80 social media sites.

“Today a shop’s overall reputation is directly tied to what is behind said about them online. If a shop is not listening to what is being said about them online, their reputation could be getting damaged without them even knowing,” said Frank Terlep, CEO for Summit Software and Marketing Solutions. “Our e- MarketPlace ‘Look Who’s Talking About You’ reputation management system will let shops know what is being said about them, allow them to see where the comments, posts and reviews are being posted and access and responds quickly.”
