Chris Evans, State Farm Claim Consultant said, “We are pleased to announce that State Farm will recognize the I-CAR Platinum Individual® designation as a professional training program for its claim employees. Industry education and professional designation programs help ensure our people have continuous and intentional learning opportunities through development that supports our commitment to our customers.”

“More than half of all of State Farm’s technical field staff have already attained the Platinum Individual designation, and with our staff often in face-to-face contact with our customers, the increased knowledge and achievement gained from this professional training supports our ability to provide a consistently remarkable claim experience,” said Evans.

“Recognition of professional development programs is consistent with our intent to develop the best claim professionals. The rapid pace of changes in automotive technology makes it even more valuable for our staff to have the opportunity to participate in industry recognized training and professional designation programs,” he added

John S. Van Alstyne, I-CAR CEO & President said, “We are pleased to work with State Farm on their Platinum initiative and believe that I-CAR training will provide tremendous value in their day-to-day work, both for State Farm and for the repair industry as a whole. Through our robust course catalog, which is continually being updated, the Auto Claim team at State Farm will benefit from a training experience that leads to improved consistency and safety of repairs, reduced rework, and improved customer satisfaction."
