The Hertz Corp. and DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) partnered to utilize the ProfitNet Management System to interface with Hertz Gateway.
The Hertz Corp. and DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) partnered to utilize the ProfitNet Management System to interface with Hertz Gateway. ProfitNet allows collision repair shops to automatically upload their repair order status information directly to the Hertz Gateway.

ProfitNetTM provides key data regarding the vehicle repair, projected completion date, while also giving any delivery date changes and reasons for change. This unique interface eliminates the need for Hertz to contact the collision and auto repair shops, minimizing the number of follow up phone calls Hertz makes to shops regarding the status of repairs.

“Working with DuPont Performance Coatings and its ProfitNetTM Management System is a natural fit for Hertz,” said Kent Seavey, president, Hertz Off-Airport Operations. “The new interface with ProfitNetTM will enable Hertz to provide seamless service to both the collision repair shops and our mutual customers, providing a win - win situation for all parties and enhancing our overall service to the insurance replacement industry.”

“This latest interface with Hertz Gateway is another enhancement to ProfitNetTM that provides key information exchange with industry partners so together we can help our mutual collision center customers lower their administrative workload,” said Nick Bozzacco, DPC Strategic Relations manager. “DuPont Performance Coatings and our partner YADA Systems are dedicated to enhancing ProfitNetTM with the latest partner interfaces to lower shops’ administrative costs by minimizing redundant computer tasks and providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use and that communicates with key industry software applications.”
