CARSTAR honored four stores in customer satisfaction in four tiered sales levels with Outstanding CSI awards, presented during the company's annual conference in San Antonio. The CSI ranking reflects the ongoing survey feedback received from customers based on their experiences.

This year’s full list of winners:
In Group 1, the Outstanding CSI winner was Marko Collision CARSTAR in Akron, Ohio, owned by Chuck Kover.
In Group 2, the Outstanding CSI recipient was R&R Collision CARSTAR Center in Apopka, Fla., owned by John O’Hara.
The honoree for Outstanding CSI Group 3 was Blake’s CARSTAR Collision Center of LaPorte, Ind., owned by Scott Blake.
For Outstanding CSI for Group 4, the award went to Auto Body Xperts CARSTAR – Hudsonville of Hudsonville, Mich., owned by John Schout and Bob Arnoldink (shown accepting award in photo above).
- The winning store for Overall Outstanding CSI was Blake’s CARSTAR Collision Center.
