Audatex, a Solera Company, has displayed its commitment to “Fueling the Future” of the collision industry by contributing $10,000 to the I-CAR Education Foundation. Audatex’s contribution is an investment into the entire industry as this enhances the I-CAR Education Foundation’s ability to offer grants and scholarships to career and technical schools and colleges and the students attending these schools.

By increasing educational opportunities for these students, who are tomorrow’s industry professionals, the future will be brighter for all segments, the company states.

The $10,000 contribution from Audatex will go toward the I-CAR Education Foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign (CREC) fund, which allows the Foundation to provide annual grants and scholarships to support schools, instructors, and students in collision education.

“Audatex is extremely pleased to help the foundation and the industry with this donation, especially given the foundation’s new direction." says Rick Tuuri, VP of Industry Relations for Audatex. “We are confident of the benefit that they bring to the industry and believe in reinvesting in the collision industry by supporting organizations that help the industry like the I-CAR Education Foundation.”

Scott Kruger, I-CAR Education Foundation executive director, states, ”On behalf of the staff, Board of Trustees, and the network of 1,300 schools that the I-CAR Education Foundation supports across the country, I would like to thank Audatex for their donation and support. It is through this support that the I-CAR Education Foundation can help ensure that students receive the best educational experience possible before entering into the industry. Thank you to Rick and everyone at Audatex for their donation.”
