Built on proven technology successfully used for years across 20 countries throughout Europe, AudaNet already processes more than 30,000 transactions daily, the company said. It has been optimized for the American market to seamlessly connect insurers, independent appraisers, repair shops and vehicle owners, and serves as the technology platform upon which Audatex's U.S. claims and collision repair solutions are built, offered and delivered.

"We are very excited to bring the industry's most innovative and intelligent automotive claims and collision repair platform to North America," said Wolfgang Ahrens, Managing Director, Audatex U.S. "From the first moment a collision occurs until that claim is settled, AudaNet is designed to streamline the entire process while providing vehicle owners with the best experience possible. By addressing the persistent challenges that take place throughout the claim and repair lifecycle, AudaNet unifies the myriad steps unlike any other solution available on the market."

AudaNet is designed to provide optimized outcomes to insurers by maximizing efficiencies and customer satisfaction, while also reducing loss adjustment expenses (LAEs). For repair facilities, AudaNet delivers peak operational performance by increasing repair accuracy, reducing cycle times, maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing shop success, the company said. Finally, AudaNet enables vehicle owner satisfaction by informing and empowering customers to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

Audatex will debut three solutions powered by the AudaNet Platform that consist of various combinations of Audatex product modules and are targeted to different segments of the automotive claims and repair market. AudaNet Enterprise is intended for insurers and multi-shop operators (MSOs) who are focused on strategically managing and optimizing the automotive claim workflow from first notice of loss (FNOL) through settlement. AudaNet Xpert is targeted towards collision repair shops and appraisers who are responsible for efficiently and accurately providing estimates, repairs and valuations of damaged vehicles. Finally, AudaNet Driver offers vehicle owners self- service communications tools, such as the ability to track the repair status of their vehicle.

Audatex will be demonstrating a range of new and updated products at NACE, including AudaNet Xpert Estimating, AudaNet Enterprise FNOL, AudaNet Enterprise Dispatch, AudaNet Enterprise Repair Status and many more. In addition, Audatex will be previewing a number of upcoming solutions, such as AudaNet Xpert Mobile Appraiser and AudaNet Xpert Mobile Estimator, that will be available via various smart mobile devices.

Audatex will give away a new Smart Car as a grand prize to an event attendee who enters the drawing at the Audatex booth #N1401.
