LaMettry’s Collision to use Performance Gateway MSO management program

May 14, 2014
LaMettry’s Collision has contracted with Performance Gateway for their MSO Network Performance Management Program.

With eight collision centers in the Minneapolis-St.Paul area LaMettry’s Collision was looking for a way to efficiently manage the large amounts of data and reports that their top managers relied upon to effectively manage the organization.  After a visit to Performance Gateway’s home office in Madison, Wis., LaMettry's Collision President of Operations Darrell Amberson and Denise Koukal, Chief Information officer, came way convinced they found the right product; and the right people.

Amberson was impressed with the passion and vision expressed by company CEO Troy Gates as he described how performance management technology is more than just managing parts and processes, it was also about empowering employees so they can succeed at their jobs.  “No doubt one of the key takeaway’s from our visit was Troy’s vision and mission to use the Performance Gateway product suite beyond managing shop numbers and to have shops utilize it to assist with the management and improvement of individual employees,” said Amberson.

LaMettry's has contracted with Performance Gateway for their MSO Network Performance Management Program, which includes: 1) Customizable shop and employee scorecards, 2) Insurance SOP and internal document management housing/repository, 3) Customizable Audit set up and task management, 4) Action plans tied to scorecard's, and 5) Network Communication.

Kelly Gatzke, product director at Performance Gateway, stated she was “pleased to add LaMettrey’s Collision to our fast growing number of collision repair shops looking to improve their operational efficiency and employee productivity.”
