Fix Auto USA has announced three additions to its leadership team.

Armin Price joins Fix Auto as the new Vice President of Network Development and Marketing.  In his role, he is responsible for the successful implementation of the growth strategy for the Fix Auto network nationwide.

Price has spent most of his career at Mitchell International, one of North America's leading providers of property and casualty claims technology solutions. For the past seven years he was their director of corporate accounts, collaborating with the largest multi-shop operators (MSO) in North America to design information-based solutions to increase business efficiency and profitability. Mr. Price began his career working for 3M and has been serving the collision repair industry for over 25 years.

Kris Kramer has assumed the newly created role of Director of Fix Claims Solutions (FCS). In this capacity, he will manage the company’s participation in major insurance contracts and multi-store repair relationship agreements, ensuring that Fix Auto franchise locations are meeting and improving upon their operational objectives.

Kramer spent 23 years working for Farmers insurance, beginning his career as an auto insurance claims representative, eventually becoming a Farmers COD DRP Coordinator which led to his role as a national quality assurance consultant overseeing DRP processes for up to 17 states. Subsequently, he led national initiatives including parts program pilots, commercial auto DRP pilots, and document processing center process/equipment improvements.

With close to two decades of managerial experience, Kevork Kahwajian has joined Fix Auto as the Market Development Manager for Southern California. His primary focus will be increasing Fix Auto’s market presence throughout Southern California, expanding the organization’s franchise footprint in that region and increasing the visibility of its Collision Repair Experts (CRX) solution. In addition, he will assist existing franchisees with their local marketing efforts and facilitate insurance partner relationships for them.

Before joining Fix Auto, Kahwajian worked for the Auto Club of Southern California for 15 years, primarily as a manager for the association’s Immediate Repair Program (IRP). In November, 2010 he went to work for Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers, where he assumed the duties of vice president of client relations.  When Hi-Tech was purchased by Caliber Collision, he took a new position as manager, business development for Southern California.

Fix Auto welcomes its three new executive colleagues and looks forward to the beneficial impact they will have on the organization. “The combined talent of these three exemplary hires will help Fix Auto continue to solidify our overall visibility and success,” stated Fix Auto President and COO, Paul Gange. “Anytime you attract talent of this high standard it is exciting, given their potential for accelerating the growth and success of our membership. I look forward to watching these three help position us for further success moving forward.”
