Colors On Parade is rolling out their new program CarLove Recon Advantage, and in the process has also expanded their corporate office team. They announced the hiring of Ray Harcum as the National Sales Director, Brittney Chavez as Communications Director and Jordan Hernandez as Director of Industry Relations.
Ray Harcum brings a tremendous amount of sales experience to the automotive industry. He graduated from Western Carolina with a BS in Industrial Distribution. Most of his sales experience stems from the pharmaceutical world where he served thirteen years. Harcum’s new role will include launching CarLove Recon Advantage, managing franchise sales and networking through shows and conferences in the industry.
Harcum was led to Colors On Parade because of the opportunity to lead a sales team. He wanted to help create and launch a program that could change how the automotive industry did business. He brings over 20 years of experience and skills helping businesses grow, and looks forward to working for a smaller company in a new industry.
Brittney Chavez is brand new to the automotive industry, but brings a strong background in communications. She graduated from Horry Georgetown Tech with a degree in Real Estate. Before joining Colors on Parade, Chavez worked at Property Management Pros as the Regional Property Director and Landmark Realty as the Senior Property Manager. Chavez’s new role will include social media marketing, overseeing all the communications of the corporate office, coordinating travel and industry conferences, as well as being the liaison between Area Developers, franchisees and corporate staff.

Chavez was led to Colors On Parade because of the desire to focus more on the marketing industry as well as her love of cars. She brings over ten years of marketing experience, and looks forward to bringing new and fresh ideas to Colors.
Jordan Hernandez has been the Director of PR and Marketing with Colors On Parade for the past two years, and will be expanding her role to the Director of Industry Relations. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BA in Journalism, and has over five years of experience in the marketing and copywriting field. Jordan’s new role will incorporate sales, company recruitment, and producing written content for automotive and business publications.
