USAA awarded Caliber Collision Centers the 2013 Supplier Excellence Award.
USAA recently announced that Caliber Collision Centers has been awarded the 2013 Supplier Excellence Award through the 2013 USAA Supplier Recognition Program. This award recognizes the supplier that serves as a role model and goes above and beyond in delivery and performance for USAA and its collision repair industry members.

“Receiving this award from USAA is a testament to our 3,100 associates’ dedication to restoring USAA members to the rhythm of their lives,” states Mark Sanders, Caliber Collision Chief Operating Officer. “Whether it’s delivering world-class member service or contributing to the communities we both serve, our Caliber associates consistently go above and beyond to deliver best-in-class results for USAA members who entrusted their vehicle repairs to Caliber.”

“Caliber is a dedicated ally. Through results, they demonstrate their dedication to providing world-class service to our membership,” said Jimmy Spears, USAA AVP of Auto Physical Damage.

USAA requested submissions from its global suppliers for three categories including Supplier Excellence, Innovation and Military Community Support. Caliber was the only collision repair company to receive the 2013 Supplier Excellence Award determined by the USAA Global Service Delivery Selection Committee.

Caliber Collision received this award at the USAA “Celebrating Champions” Recognition presentation during the USAA Supplier Recognition Ceremony at USAA headquarters on June 12, 2013.
