If you were unable to join the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) during the inaugural IDEAS Collide Showcase at the 2018 SEMA Show, the association has been steadily releasing footage of the presentations from the event.
The newest video, released on May 16th, features Pete Tagliapietra of NuGen IT, asking the audience to “imagine a ‘Big Data’ information database for the collision repair ecosystem.”
The IDEAS Collide Showcase was developed to create a venue for speakers willing to explore ideas worthy of consideration, and capable of conveying those ideas in a condensed timeframe of 10 minutes or less.
SCRS has also developed a quick-reference worksheet to print, laminate and keep with your welding machines, available online at https://scrs.com/technical-information-by-topic/ under “Destructive Weld Test Worksheet".
Speakers for the 2019 IDEAS Collide Showcase have not been announced, but reservation is available for those wishing to ensure a seat in one of the most fascinating collision repair events of the year. Click here to register.
