San Francisco Bay Area-based GYS USA is the latest to join an esteemed group of companies supporting SCRS' mission to educate, inform and represent the collision repair professional throughout all segments of the industry.
That mission matches GYS USA's own; parent company Advanced Collision Repair Solutions places a high priority on collision repair industry education and spends a great deal of time performing hands-on training with auto body technicians.
Advanced Collision Repair Solutions (ADVCRS) now offers training across the West Coast after a successful two-year pilot period in Northern California, and the company's goal is to ultimately train technicians nationwide.
"Our training feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, from technicians and collision facility owners alike," GYS USA and ADVCRS CEO Oliver Woelfel said. "The training masterfully blends European and American collision standards in order to provide innovative, unique, and invaluable repair techniques. Woelfel will also be included in a panel discussion this November during the OEM Collision Repair Technology Summit, part of SCRS' Repairer Driven Education series at SEMA. Woelfel will join other specialists in the "Advanced Automotive Technology" panel, which will discuss the advanced structural joining approaches being used in modern automotive architecture.
