April showers bring May accolades! Lauren Fix says she is honored and humbled to announce that she was named a 2015 Woman of Influence by WIN (Women's Industry Network).
Here are her remarks: "It was such a privilege to travel to the WIN Conference Gala Dinner in D.C. to accept the award before a crowd of extremely talented automotive professionals. I was truly grateful for their goodwill and recognition. But aside from my shiny new award and the praise of my colleagues, I'm most proud of WIN's description of me as a "liaison between the repair shop, the automotive boardroom, and the average driver’s home garage.” My passion is to educate drivers across America and I'm sincere when I credit YOU, my readers, colleagues, friends and fans for helping me to embody the saying that I keep posted above my desk: "do what you love and love what you do." Thank you!"
