FCA partners with AMi to offer online training aimed at improved customer experience

The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) announced it had been selected to host the FCA Certified Collision Network non-technical training in conjunction with industry leading consultant and CollisionAdvice owner, Mike Anderson.
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS - The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) announced it had been selected to host the FCA Certified Collision Network non-technical training in conjunction with industry leading consultant and CollisionAdvice owner, Mike Anderson. The online courses created by Anderson will be available through AMi's learning portal and focus on FCA specific topics such as, the proper use of Tech Authority, how to leverage the FCA certification, and training on various operational approaches and efficiencies that lead to improving the FCA customer experience.
The online courses are designed for individuals involved in administrative, management, estimating and repair planning roles. Based on the topic, online courses will be required, highly recommended or recommended by FCA to participate in their Certified Collision Network. The online courses, though intended for FCA Collision Network shops, will be available to anyone in the industry.
