Roger Cada asks body shop leaders to evaluate, “Are poor images costing your shop time and money?” All shops take images to document damages, however many do it poorly, costing the shop time and money. Successful collision photography is not just about pointing the camera at a damaged vehicle and pressing the shutter button. It is a developed skill! In September’s free Elite Webinar, Roger Cada will share how to increase revenue and decrease insurance negotiations, by improving the images you take.

Key takeaways from this important webinar include:

1.       How insurance companies use your images

2.       How to take images strategically

3.       Reduce time spent negotiating estimate charges

4.       Use images to protect your shop against potential lawsuits

With over 47 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Roger Cada has spent 15 years working in body shops and during that time, managed two successful automotive repair facilities. He started his career with State Farm in 1984, and in 1991 was invited to Bloomington to build their estimator training school. He spent over 24 years training State Farm’s estimators, as well as body shop managers and shop owners. He has instructed over 5,000 learners so far. His instruction included teaching estimators how to take and review images that accurately and successfully support the estimate. Accountable Estimating is now bringing this knowledge to the collision repair industry with Collision Photography, an on-demand estimator certification training course.

Every month, Elite highlights a topic to keep collision repairers and those that serve them abreast of the latest information required to be successful in today’s challenging business environment. This month, attendees will discover new ways to become more successful and expand their horizons.
