Colors On Parade celebrated its 30th anniversary at their National Convention in Cancun, Mexico Feb. 21-25, 2018.

The National Convention incorporated Colors’ new logo, branding, and website. It also provided updated training for Area Developers and franchisees within the company. The convention served as the end of year celebration for 2017, and a training meeting for the entire Colors On Parade system. Colors will also be refreshing and expanding their CarLove Recon Advantage Program to new areas this year, which will increase profitability and provide new growth opportunities for 2018.

This year, the corporate office gave three awards to employees within the company. Danny Clark, of the Albuquerque, New Mexico area was awarded the “Area Developer Of The Year” award for 2017. Loren Tunncliffe of the Central Texas area was also given the “Operator Franchise Of The Year” award for 2017. The TCFC Corporate employee of the year was awarded to the entire office, which consists of: Claire Calhoun, Jill O’Connor-Rumohr, Ray Harcum, John Chaisson, Lee Moody, Mary Williams, Brittney Chavez, Alexis Van Moppes and Jordan Hernandez.

The conference offered generalized training and certifications, along with new software and technologies available for vendors. Ecosmart repairs will still remain a vital part of what Colors represents, and will continue to be incorporated as the CarLove Recon Advantage Program rolls out across the U.S. throughout 2018.

Colors on Parade uses eco-friendly technologies to provide mobile onsite auto repair services at any location including a client’s home or work. The services include the repair of paint scratches, scrapes, dents and dings, as well as offer paintless dent repair. Its customer base includes car dealerships, fleet owners, rental car agencies, body shops and individual vehicle owners.

“We had productive meetings each day during the Conference, and received much appreciated feedback on the topics discussed every day, and came away feeling like we got a lot accomplished in a short time. Over the next couple weeks, we will be putting out summaries of the various programs, policies and initiatives that were finalized during these meetings” said Jeff Cox, President of Colors On Parade. “We look forward to more exponential growth in 2018 with our CarLove Recon Advantage Program launching and new franchises consistently opening and expanding.”

With more than 25 years of experience and 250 operating franchises across the U.S., Colors on Parade is consistently ranked by Entrepreneur magazine as one of the nation’s top automobile franchise systems. The company’s extensive training and certification process allows new franchisees to provide customer services safely onsite while using a specialized process.
