Bring structural work to the tech or equipment best suited for the job
The new Globaljig® Presented by Chief® Mobile System bench package provides collision repair
shops with a faster way to load a car, and the mobility to move the job throughout the shop without having to undock the vehicle. The package includes the Globaljig Universal Fixturing System that enables technicians to center the vehicle after it is fixed to the jigs, reducing loading time by up to 75 percent. “The Mobile System bench package lets shops manage workflow with mobility and faster prep,” said Bob Holland, director of collision sales in North and South America for Chief parent company Vehicle Service Group (VSG).  “Working in conjunction with a two-post lift, the Mobile System does everything a fixed system does, but at a lower price point. The system lets technicians align the bench to the car, which speeds up loading. When you add in the ability to move the job to the best qualified tech or equipment, the Mobile System bench is the perfect solution for a shop looking to cost-effectively add capacity – and increase profits.”
Globaljig® Presented by Chief® introduces the Mobile System bench package that provides collision repair shops with a faster way to load a car, and the mobility to move the job throughout the shop without having to undock the vehicle.

The Mobile System bench is available with a variety of productivity options. The Globaljig Presented by Chief Vector Pulling Tower provides 360 degrees of pulling or pushing. The McPherson overhead measuring bridge provides precise control of upper suspension points and accurate comparison of points on the side and upper body. A ratcheting holding system allows a vehicle to be moved once it’s on the bench to facilitate finite adjustments.

Another workflow management benefit is the modularity of the Globaljig Presented by Chief system. The Mobile System package’s Universal Fixturing System can be shared with the Globaljig Super Rotax and Evolution fixed bench systems. Shops with these fixed bench systems can purchase the Mobile System bench separately, and share the Universal Fixturing System.

The Mobile System offers the bench quality that OEMs are looking for, and is OEM Shop Certification ready for Land Rover, Tesla Motors, Jaguar and Aston Martin.
