  • Some of the technology available to repairers is a game-changer, if they are open to the possibilities.
  • Both sides are demanding greater professionalism. You can't have fly-by-night operators chasing hail, collecting a paycheck for poor work and then not being accountable.
  • When a vehicle manufacturer publishes repair procedures they are assumed to be tested and should be the basis for any collision industry repair standard. But repair procedures are not the same as published position statements.
  • In terms of overall CSI, your first interaction with your customer factors in at two times the weight of the final quality of the repair.
