Karen Fierst has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, specializing in the U.S. and Chinese collision repair industries. After serving as Deputy Executive Director of the Certified Aftermarket Part Association, she founded KerenOr Consultants in 1998. KerenOr Consultants provides business, market and strategic development consulting services to all segments of the automotive aftermarket, government agencies and law firms. The company has provided U.S. Liaison services for the Taiwan Auto Body Parts Association (TABPA) for 14 years. She has written articles for a number of U.S trade publications. She is a well-known speaker at industry events in the U.S. and internationally, having presented at the International Body Shop Industry Symposium (IBIS) in France, England, Switzerland and Spain; Automechanika Shanghai and Malaysia; and at several conferences in China. She has received numerous industry awards, including the prestigious Most Influential Woman in the industry award presented by Akzo Nobel.
