TBC has purchased four Buffalo Tire and Automotive
Service Centers in North Carolina. The two locations in
Charlotte will operate under the Tire Kingdom name,
while the two sites in Jacksonville will become
Merchant’s Tire and Auto Centers.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We will continue to meet the needs of the local communities with quality products and services at affordable prices all the while providing exceptional customer service,” says Orland Wolford, TBC’s president and CEO.
The acquisition brings the total company-operated retail store locations up to 829.
