Cooper Tire has liquidated its investment in the Kumho Tire Co. Cooper acquired an 11 percent interest in Kumho in early 2005, when Kumho?s initial public offering became available on the Korea and London stock exchanges.

Cooper Tire has liquidated its investment in the Kumho Tire Co. Cooper acquired an 11 percent interest in Kumho in early 2005, when Kumho’s initial public offering became available on the Korea and London stock exchanges.

The transaction includes payment of $107 million plus interest.
