DENSO discusses company initiatives, growth at AAPEX

DENSO continues to work to expand its thermal replacement parts in the US market, said president Haruhiko "Hal" Kato during AAPEX 2015 in Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS — DENSO continues to work to expand its thermal replacement parts in the US market, said president Haruhiko "Hal" Kato during AAPEX 2015 in Las Vegas.

"FIrst-time fit is not a slogan; it is a reality," Kato said.

DENSO is expanding its parts catalog, and will add 400 new radiators and 100 compressor parts by the end of 2015. The company will also add more than 350 new air filter SKUs, 47 oil filter and 197 cabin air filter parts by the spring of 2016. 

Fran Labun, vice president of sales for DENSO, also discussed the company's continued growth initiatives in the US, Canada and Mexico, with a focus on vehicle diagnostic information.

"The breadth and depth of DENSO products is greater than ever," Labun said.
