Mail-in rebates of up to $50 are available for your customers who purchase and have you install Wagner® ThermoQuiet® brake pads and/or shoes during Motorist Assurance Program (MAP) Brake Safety Awareness Week, Aug. 21-29, and continuing through September.

This special offer is part of Federal-Mogul Corporation’s “Smart Choice™” trade and consumer campaign, which reinforces the message that longer-lasting, better performing replacement parts are the best option for today’s vehicle owners.

Consumers can qualify for a mail-in rebate of up to $50 ($15 per front and/or rear set and $10 per axle labor) when they have Wagner ThermoQuiet pads and/or shoes professionally installed on their vehicles during the program period. Customers who purchase and install Wagner ThermoQuiet brakes themselves can qualify for a mail-in rebate of up to $30.

“Brake Safety Awareness Week is an excellent opportunity for consumers to check the condition of their vehicles’ braking system,” says Lou Kafantaris, group brand manager, Federal-Mogul. “And if it’s time for new brakes, they can save money while enjoying the benefits of premium Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads and shoes.”

More than 8,000 participating automotive service locations will offer free brake and undercar system inspections in conjunction with Brake Safety Awareness Week. The event is sponsored by the not-for-profit Motorist Assurance Program, which helps build consumer trust and satisfaction with the automotive service industry. MAP member businesses are required to adhere to a strict set of fact-based vehicle inspection and customer communication standards.
