ASA customers growing revenue with new system

Jan. 1, 2020
More than 300 tire and general automotive service locations are now using ASA Automotive Systems' newest software to increase vehicle parts and service revenue and gross margin.

ASA Automotive Systems (formerly ASA Tire Systems) has announced that more than 300 tire and general automotive service locations using its TireMasterTM and AutoRepairMasterTM software now have the capability to increase vehicle parts and service revenue and gross margin through the powerful Epicor® Integrated Service Estimator™ (ISE) solution.

The Web-based Epicor ISE solution is seamlessly integrated with ASA software to help users significantly increase their estimating and selling efficiency, accuracy and bottom-line performance across an extensive range of automotive services.

“The integration of ISE with our TireMaster and AutoRepairMaster family of software products gives our clients the parts and labor information needed to complete most any auto repair, and allows them to check on parts availability and pricing from local sources without ever having to pick up the phone,” says Dave Vogel, vice president of sales for ASA Automotive Systems. “We consistently hear from our clientele that access to this live data from ISE has the potential to revolutionize their businesses, reducing time spent finding available parts, creating accurate and professional estimates and ultimately better serving their customers.”

The ISE solution enables users to quickly capture all of the parts and labor information needed to estimate and complete virtually any common automotive repair. The software provides one-click access to th Epicor PartExpert® database of nearly 8 million parts covering some 400 million applications.

The solution also provides seamless access to OE-recommended service intervals, an aftermarket flat-rate labor guide, repair jobs database, parts interchange and VIN decoder. Additionally, users can quickly access parts availability and pricing information from local providers. All parts, labor and supplier pricing information is then automatically imported to estimates, work orders and invoices generated by the user’s ASA system.

“The Integrated Service Estimator solution is an excellent choice for ASA customers who want to close more related service sales, increase their average repair order, eliminate problems associated with incorrect or incomplete estimates, and improve overall profitability,” said Paul Salsgiver, executive vice president for retail software at Epicor. “Businesses that integrate this highly user-friendly tool into their daily operations are seeing excellent growth in each of these important areas.”
