Vehicle service professionals will have the first opportunity to see Rotary Lift’s updated 14,000-pound capacity four-post general service and alignment lifts at the SEMA Show next month. The enhanced lifts will be joined in the Vehicle Service Group (VSG) booth (#10339) by the world’s fastest two-post lift, the new Wheel Wing tire hanger and additional shop equipment from Chief Automotive Technologies, Elektron and Forward Lift. The SEMA Show will be held Nov. 4-7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Rotary Lift’s new SM and AR series four-post lifts feature improved drive-on ramps and a powder-coated hammer-tone paint finish for durability. They have been redesigned with a 78.75-inch rise height, which is five inches higher than previous models. The extra under-runway clearance makes it easier for technicians to walk under the lift to access drivetrain, exhaust and other under-vehicle components.

“We are excited to show off all the changes we’ve made to our four-post lifts,” says Jim Dirksen, vice president of light-duty lifting for Rotary Lift. “At the SEMA Show, Rotary Lift product experts will be on-hand to show attendees how the lifts’ new features make them easier to use and improve shop productivity. In addition to a working SM14 general service lift, we’ll also have a display in the booth to demonstrate the features of the new AR series alignment lifts.”

All new Rotary Lift four-post lifts are available supercharged with Shockwave to cut rise time in half to just 35 seconds. This is twice as fast as a standard four-post lift. A Shockwave-equipped SPOA10 two-post lift will also be in the booth at the show and loaded with a new Dodge Dart, so attendees can see just how fast a vehicle can be raised. Rotary Lift’s patent-pending Shockwave technology is also available on its best-selling SmartLift® inground lift, which will also be in the booth.

The Rotary Lift display will be rounded out by the new Wheel Wing tire hanger, which can be mounted to nearly any swing-arm style lift, and the MW-200 mobile wheel lift. The MW-200 is capable of lifting a broad range of wheels and tires to a raised vehicle’s height. These two productivity-enhancing tools eliminate the need for technicians to bend down and lift wheels.
